Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Joyfully Invited (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a premium digital invitation platform for weddings and celebrations. We create custom, animated digital invitations with guest management, RSVP functionality, and post-event engagement features.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to event invitations
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell invitation designs without permission
• Ensure that content you provide (names, text, images) does not infringe on third-party rights

3. Payment Terms

All payments are one-time charges processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is required before we begin designing your invitation.

4. Delivery & Process

After payment, our team reviews your order and crafts your invitation. Standard delivery is within 5-7 business days. Express delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on. You will receive a preview link for review before your invitation goes live.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions to text content and details. Structural changes to the theme or layout after approval may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All invitation themes, designs, animations, and code remain the intellectual property of Joyfully Invited. You receive a license to use your personalized invitation for the duration of your event. Personal content you provide (names, photos, text) remains yours.

7. Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or guest actions on your invitation page. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before design begins: Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• During design: 50% refund if cancelled before preview approval.
• After approval: No refund once the invitation is live.

9. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. Guest data collected through your invitation is processed on your behalf.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
